WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY METHODS?
We charge £3.60 for all deliveries within the UK. For orders over £30, shipping is free. All deliveries to will be sent First Class Royal Mail Delivery.

Most international orders are sent through Royal Mail. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Larger orders are sent through DHL.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours excluding weekends. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards on our secure website. If you have a special order or wholesale order, you will be invoiced by email.
HOW DO I SAFELY USE ANOINTING OIL?
Our products are for external use only. They are not to be ingested, used on broken skin or come in contact with mucus membranes (including eyes, ears, nose and mouth. All of our anointing oils are made with toiletry grade fragrance oils and some include pure essential oils which are also toiletry grade. The Prophet’s Oil accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days. We do not accept returns as it is a personal product that cannot be resold. Replacements or refunds will be offered in certain circumstances. In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We may ask for photos. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Please do not send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?
We offer great discounts for quantities over 50. Customised labels for our anointing oils are also available. We are able to ship to most countries. Wholesale delivery prices vary according to location and quantity.  In most circumstances, we aim to ship within 7 working days of a wholesale order. A dispatch and delivery time estimate will be given at the time of order. Please contact us for more information.
